Bonny is a holistic Accredited Practising Dietitian and Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiologist, dedicated to helping clients harness the power of Food as Medicine and their body’s natural ability to heal. She takes a whole-person approach, addressing not just nutrition but also lifestyle, stress, sleep, environmental factors, and habits to support lasting well-being.
With years of experience, Bonny has helped hundreds of clients overcome chronic gut issues, fatigue, poor mental health, difficulty with weight management, stress and emotional eating, food cravings, and body image concerns. Her holistic approach goes beyond diet plans—focusing on nourishment, balance, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
Bonny embraces a non-diet approach, meaning no calorie counting or restrictive eating. Instead, she empowers clients to reconnect with their body’s natural hunger signals, heal their relationship with food, and embrace intuitive eating and food freedom.

Yes, if your doctor has referred you to a dietitian on an eligible care plan, you will qualify for a Medicare rebate.
Please be aware that we do not provide bulk-billing services and there will be a gap payment.
